Notice to all View Pointe Homeowners:
The official tax and fiscal year for View Pointe HOA is
January - December annually.
It is very important that the collections and reporting coincide with the tax / fiscal year of the Association.
To be in compliance, dues statements were mailed for February of this year. In previous years, the dues have been paid half-way through the fiscal / tax year. Collections were a major problem, and our reporting was not in compliance with the official View Pointe HOA tax year.
If you have payment concerns due to this change, please call Management at 298-8575. We will be happy to arrange for extended payments with no late fees.
